The General Terms and Conditions of Business (GTCs) of RAlpin AG govern the relationships between RAlpin AG and its customers for the carriage of laden or unladen trucks and their drivers on the Rolling Highway.

RAlpin is a member of the UIRR. In its GTCs, RAlpin has adopted the UIRR's General Terms and Conditions for International Transport (UIRR Conditions) and adapted them to the operation of the Rolling Highway through Switzerland.

 

TRANSPORT CONTRACT CONCLUDED

The GTCs are an integral part of the transport contract concluded between the customer and RAlpin. Further parts of the transport contract are the Conditions of Carriage, the Safety Information Sheet issued by RAlpin in the version applicable at the time the transport contract is concluded, and the Ticket.
